All returns or replacements must be initiated with our customer support team within 5 day of receiving merchandise. On Electronic items, our  technical support team will assist you with technical support issues before your return the item.  All Returns will be issued an (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number for you to place on the return shipment packaging. must receive the product within 5 days of RMA received date for full refund or exchange consideration. All packages must be double boxed with the original product box inside and the RMA number must be clearly written on the outside box. Any package returned without an RMA number cannot be accepted and may result in service delays. Returned items must be clean and undamaged, complete in original packaging with all manuals, cables, etc. Just as you received.

Elite Bankcard Solution, is not responsible for scratches, dent etc. on used or refurbished items. Used or refurbished  Items are sold as described and cannot be returned for refunds or exchanges. All refunds will be refunded on the same payment typed as originally purchased.
